We offer a range of gas filters to remove dirt, dust, rust, condensate, moisture, exhaust fumes from industrial gases up to 0.3-micron particle size with low-pressure drop.

They are designed on the principle of separation with special internals designed on mechanical means like centrifugal force, Vanes, Demisters, or any other special and proprietary devices. Vertical and Horizontal options are available. Scrubbers are generally the first line of defence in pipelines or process stream and remove the bulk dirt, slugs, and liquids besides leaving outlet stream free from particles as low as 5 microns solid and liquid particles with an efficiency of 99.5 per cent.

We offer various types of strainers such as Basket, Y-Type, T-Type, Conical Type, Duplex, and special designs for a wide range of service fluids, for the protection from solid contents to strategical equipment such as pump, compressors, flow meter, etc.

We supply a range of filters and strainers as automatic backwash arrangements for critical applications. These use a small percentage of a process flow for intermittent flushing of the filter screen, allowing continuous, uninterrupted service. We have supplied such products for many critical applications as packaged solutions with PLC programming and meeting very low-pressure drops. They are used across a wide range of industries for different service fluids along with special backwash arrangements in which Worthwell has gained special experience.

Filter separators are horizontal and vertical process equipment and are gas-liquid separators that are used to remove liquids from the flow stream. It also expels small solids and other particles out, which are created by tubing and wind erosion. The most commonly found separators are horizontal in shape. Worthwell delivers separators with high efficiency, low liquid, and solid micron levels as per application requirements and specifications.

A Coalescer is a piece of process equipment used in the industry for removing water or hydrocarbon condensate. It is used in many critical applications at various stages, to meet product specifications as per industry requirements. It physically alters the droplet by mechanical and/or physical means. The mechanical type of coalescer is commonly used in the oil industries.
