As part of the International Safety Guidelines and specific Integrity Safety Management Guidelines, pipelines need to be regularly cleaned and monitored for any suspected debris.

Worthwell offers launchers and receivers along with flow / barred tees and pig signalers with automation and interlocks, which form part of the safety operational guidelines while cleaning the refineries multi-product, gas cross-country pipelines, or flow lines.

Additionally, for the EPC division, along with local partners, Worthwell offers construction of the flow lines and trunk lines for the degassing and gathering stations.

For some of the big national gas pipeline companies like GAIL, IOCL, ONGC, Dolphin Energy, GTCL, GNPOC-OVL, etc. Worthwell is the preferred partner on some of their critical projects for RMS stations for custody transfer.

Quick Opening Closure with Safety Interlocks 

We manufacture scrapper traps of all sizes and pressure ratings following ASME, TUV, API, and other application-based codes.
As the name suggests, it is used to signal and update the location of the cleaning device in the pipeline. It indicates that the device has left and arrived in the receiver or has crossed a certain point in the pipeline.
The system provides secure and easier access to process pressure vessels. Ranging in sizes from 6” N.B. up to 64” N.B. and pressure ratings from 150 # to 1500 # ANSI ratings the SEG-LOK system allows opening a closure, horizontal or vertical, in just two minutes without any special tools, using a single operator. We offer the Q.O.C. also in special materials for Lethal service with special sealing arrangements and painting under ASME U Stamp.
